what files do we need to save all data in the ngage app, when formatting or updating the phone? *

Try backing up all folders inside C: Private/ 20007b39/ Havent tested it myself, have read it somewhere tho.. *

if someone can confirm this works then this topic can stay, then you won't need to remember it. It'll be handy for others too. Me included. Got to level 9 in Hooked On and lost all data after format. Then got to same level again and lost ducking data after firmware update

Yes me too.I came to level 10 on cotd,formatted phone and then I need to start all over again 
Now I dont wanna format phone,but I'll mabey give this a try *

Just a tip,u'll need to copy these folders back to c and e drive after u have installed your games again,otherwise they will be overwritten when u install the games when u have already copied the files to c and e. *

Or a simpler way of doing this is just to create a backup of phone memory to memory card. Lol.
For slow people, here are some steps to follow.
Step 1: Go to MENU - TOOLS - UTILITIES - MEMORY
Step 2: OPTIONS - BACK UP PHONE MEMORY
Step 3: Now you can format your phone. (If want to also format the memory card, just copy the folder BACKUP from your memory card to your pc)
Step 4: Once format/s are complete. Install all ngage games.
Step 5: Do STEP 1, and select OPTIONS - RESTORE FROM MEMORY CARD
Now you're all done :) Ngage points and saved data will be restored. *

i am using n80 and for some reason the backup to the memory card didn backup the ngage game data folder i had to do it manually. I also got to level nine and lost it all to formatting now i refuse to play the game lol *
